Terms
These terms govern use of ANEARST, operated by AXIORA GLOBAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED. Have a lawyer review them before a commercial launch that takes card payments.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account details and keep credentials secret. One workspace has one owner in this release. We may suspend accounts that abuse the renderer or break these terms.
API usage
You are responsible for keys issued to your account. Do not share secrets in public client code. Rate limits and credit caps match the published plan table. We may revoke keys that break acceptable use.
Credits, billing, refunds, and cancellation
One successful image capture costs one credit. A successful PDF costs two. Failed renders do not consume credits. Card checkout is not connected in this release; paid plans are arranged over email. Refunds, if any, are handled case by case. Cancel by writing to billing@anearst.com.
Acceptable and prohibited use
Capture public pages you are allowed to record. Do not use the service to reach private networks, steal credentials, scrape in violation of law, or attack other systems. See the acceptable-use page.
Intellectual property and user content
Axiora owns ANEARST and its software. You keep rights in the URLs you submit. Generated captures are yours to use. Third-party websites remain under their own terms; we do not claim their content.
Availability, liability, suspension, and termination
The service is provided as available. We may change, suspend, or terminate the service or an account. Liability is limited to fees paid in the previous three months, if any, and excludes indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. Continued use after a posted change is acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Bhilwara, Rajasthan having jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
